PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated System Administrator with expertise in system documentation and Bluecard processes to join our client's dynamic team. This position combines technical expertise in system administration with a deep understanding of Bluecard processes, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. As a key member of our IT team, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing robust technical support, implementing security measures, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Bluecard processes and regulations.
  • Provide technical support related to Bluecard claims and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible to team members.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization's systems and data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, making recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed.
  • Participate in planning for future system enhancements and expansions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Bluecard processes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations related to Bluecard claims.
  • Strong experience in system documentation and knowledge management.
  • Proficiency in system administration tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
