Description

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior PeopleSoft Analyst (Techno functional) to join our client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of PeopleSoft applications within an organization. To collect detail requirements, Business processes, analyze current customizations and provide comprehensive executive summary for the path forward. This multifaceted position combines technical expertise with functional knowledge to ensure that PeopleSoft systems align with business objectives and deliver efficient, user-friendly solutions. This overview provides a snapshot of the responsibilities, qualifications, and key aspects of this job role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis and path forward to 20+ years old PeopleSoft ERP HCM with Pension module.
  • Explore replacement of existing ERP solution with new EPR software
  • Explore maintaining hardware to cloud and existing application on premises
  • Explore moving hardware and existing application to cloud

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM or Pension software
  • Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine code and configurations
  • Ability to collect and document detail requirements
  • Ability to collect and document current system customizations
  • Document business processes
  • Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
  • Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations

Education

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
