Description
PENNEP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client and drive the successful migration of their Epic EHR system to AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings direct hands-on experience managing Epic cloud migrations and can contribute immediately using modern Agile delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Epic EHR migration to AWS.
- Manage Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe/Hybrid) and articulate framework clearly.
- Collaborate directly with AWS and Microsoft technical teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional healthcare IT and infrastructure teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure successful implementation within healthcare compliance standards.
- Utilize Jira for sprint tracking and project reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Epic cloud migration projects.
- Strong AWS infrastructure knowledge.
- Healthcare systems implementation background.
- Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe preferred).
- Proficient in Jira.
- PMP certification is required.
