PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Manager / Associate Director of Patient Services to oversee all tactical aspects of patient support including Hub Vendor Support, Copays, Reimbursement, Patient Assistance Programs, Validations, and Benefits Verification. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and optimize patient access to treatments.


  • Manage day-to-day operations of Patient Services, ensuring seamless delivery of support services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize patient access while ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate patient services into brand strategies.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Patient Services team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Represent Patient Services in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


  • 8-10 years of experience in patient services or related functions in pharma/biotech.
  • Expertise in managing patient assistance programs, copay support, reimbursement, and benefits verification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on patient outcomes.


A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
