Description
PENNEP is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to support our client’s current and upcoming e‑commerce marketplaces, including Samsung.com (JBL/Audio/Third‑Party) and platforms such as TikTok Shop. This role will manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, merchandising, marketing, traffic management, and pricing optimization, with a primary focus on driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has hands‑on marketplace experience, strong analytical skills using Tableau, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. A degree is optional for candidates with strong, relevant experience.
Requirements
- Looking for the Marketplace Manager to support the management of the Marketplace.
- Marketplace (Samsung.com) – JBL /Audio/Third party (like TikTok shop).
- Need someone who can manage the ongoing Marketplace (currently 3). They are planning to expand a few more launches in 2nd half of the year, so they will utilize the help of this person.
- Multi-tasking with managing the insight of marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with the Merchandising / Marketing area
- Ideally, someone from Amazon / TikTok / Best Buy / Lowes/ Walmart / would be a great fit.
- Marketing / Traffic management and pricing adjustment
- A strategic and Agile personality would be great.
- Primary goal is sales growth.
- Tableau is going to be required.
- Two rounds of interviews minimum.
Nice to Have
- Experience with major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Lowe’s, or TikTok is highly preferred.
Education
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
