Healthcare Business Analyst

PENNEP is seeking a highly skilled motivated Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing and interpreting healthcare data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve the quality of care and reduce costs. The Healthcare Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our healthcare clients to assess their needs, analyze data, and develop reports that support strategic decision-making.

• Analyze business problems, best practices in the business domain, business competitors.
• Drive discovery phase of the project and elicit Requirements.
• Facilitate Q&A workshops with clients.
• Document project and product functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage project stakeholders, roadmap, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, constraints.
• Manage project and product backlogs
• Assist implementation team and design team with requirements clarifications and questions
• Facilitate status, planning, retrospective meetings
• Acceptance of the implemented tasks
• Provide demo sessions to project stakeholders
• Management of client feedback
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insight into key performance metrics.
• Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide guidance to healthcare clients on healthcare data standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and complete.
• Monitor healthcare data quality, integrity, and security.
• Develop and implement healthcare data management and governance processes.
• Creation of User Guidelines documents
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with healthcare data management and governance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
