Epic Tapestry Care Management Project Manager

PENNEP is seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Care Management Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Care Management initiatives within a payer environment, to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic project leadership experience, hands-on exposure to Tapestry Care Management, and a solid background in Medicare Advantage and large national payers.

• Lead planning and execution of Epic Tapestry Care Management projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Partner with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Provide functional guidance on Tapestry Care Management and ensure alignment with Epic best practices.
• Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment with payer workflows, regulatory requirements, and Medicare Advantage standards.
• Track project progress, report status, and manage issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the Epic Payer Platform (EPP) ecosystem.

• 7+ years of Epic project management with direct hands-on Tapestry Care Management delivery.
• Medicare Advantage and large national payer background.
• ADO / Azure DevOps proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Compass Rose and broader Epic Payer Platform (EPP) architecture a plus.

• Prior Epic employment or equivalent close-to-the-build pedigree strongly preferred.
• PMP preferred.
