Epic Payer Platform Analyst

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Epic Payer Platform Builders/Analysts with strong integration/interface expertise to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is technical, hands-on, and crucial to the successful implementation and optimization of Epic’s Payer Platform for our health plan client.

• Lead and support Epic Payer Platform (EPP) build activities and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement interfaces/integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth data exchange across systems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into Epic solutions.
• Participate in and complete at least one full-cycle EPP implementation.
• Provide ongoing optimization and support post-implementation.

• Strong background in integration/interface work (technical focus).
• Completed at least 1 full Epic Payer Platform implementation.
• Health plan or payer-side experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one certification: Epic HIM, Epic Tapestry, Epic Care Everywhere, Epic Compass Rose, Epic Healthy Planet

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
