Compass Rose Consultant

PENNEP is seeking an experienced Compass Rose Consultant – Care Management to support the design, configuration, and integration of care management solutions within the Epic ecosystem and join our client’s dynamic team. This role requires strong experience in Tapestry Care Management (CM) integrations and a solid understanding of payer-side workflows within the Epic Payer Platform (EPP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in longitudinal care planning, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) documentation, and multi-disciplinary care team workflows.

• Design and support implementation of Compass Rose Care Management solutions within the Epic ecosystem.
• Collaborate on Tapestry Care Management integrations to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Configure and optimize workflows for longitudinal care plans, ensuring continuity of care across the member lifecycle.
• Enable and support capture and reporting of SDOH data within care management processes.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary care team workflows, ensuring alignment across clinical, administrative, and payer teams.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for care management solutions.
• Work within payer-side EPP environments to align solutions with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with population health teams and leverage Healthy Planet (if applicable) for reporting and insights.
• Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues, ensuring adherence to Epic best practices.

• Tapestry CM integration experience required.
• Experience with longitudinal care plans, SDOH documentation, and multi-disciplinary care team workflows.
• Current Epic Compass Rose certification required.

• Healthy Planet familiarity a plus.
• Payer-side EPP experience strongly preferred.

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
