PENNEP is looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and scripts. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues promptly.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
