This position requires a seasoned professional with a keen editorial eye, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering accurate and impactful news stories. The News Editor will lead a team of journalists, ensuring that our content meets the highest standards of journalistic integrity and engages our audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the editorial process, from story conception to publication.
  • Manage and lead a team of journalists, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure that news content adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with reporters, writers, and other team members to develop compelling stories.
  • Make editorial decisions on content selection and presentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in news editing, with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and decision-making skills.

Education
