PENNEP is seeking a motivated Associate Human Resources to join our client team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
  • Provide support in HR compliance and reporting tasks.
  • Handle basic queries from employees with guidance from the HR team.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Contract Details **

  • Contract Duration: 12 Months ( Extend based on requirement and performance).
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Working Hours: 2 PM to 11PM IST

Education

Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
